Required Foreign Exchange Trading,MetaTrader 4 (MT4) freelancer for Needed a Range bar EA and Trading Robot job

I want to create a trading EA or Robot, based around Range bars to use on MT4 /MT5. so i can trade it on autopilot.
Freelancer must have a good knowledge of forex trading and must have seen or worked with Range bars.
The trading rule is simple. The programmer must test the Robot before delivery.
