Required software development freelancer for Network Admin to Configure AD Role in Win2016 job

Hello, we have one server running Windows 2016 Server, this server is running an SQL DB. We have a network of four computers, now we would like to make the network more secure and we think of implementing Windows Active Directory for this purpose, we want every employee to have an user/password so we can control better access to the network and to the files in our company. If you know of a better and clever way we are open to suggestions.
So, your job is: Log on to server remotely, add AD Role into server, add 5 users and teach me for the future how to do this, and show me how to add PC to the domain.
We might need you in the future for more things like backup, and things like that.
