* Knowledge on Ubuntu flavours for linux - we have ubuntu machines in
office including server.

* Should know how to install configure a linux machine.

* Basic trouble shooting skills on an ubuntu machine, particularly when
agents reports issue with voice.

* He should have basic knowledge on networking, including switches and
firewall. So he can chase ISP down issues.

* Basic knowledge on fortigate firewall.


If he knows how to script in linux and advanced features of fortigate
firewall this is most preferred
