Required Engineering,Computer Engineering,Software Architecture freelancer for Office electrical and communication design wiring job

our office if of 2 levels, we need to reflect power wiring and distribution on both levels for power socket with their loads, devices outlets, DB location with power ratings, breakers, etc... and come up with wire BOQ for length, type and sockets types. Also, since earthing is not available on site, we need to design it and confirm the location and routing.
Devices involves heater, power sockets for computers and lights.

Communication wiring is required as well (telephony and internet) .
