I have a block diagram consisting of two momentary switches, an LED (possibly 2-4, but all functioning in parallel), a single AA battery receptacle and a speaker that plays a pre-defined sound. (Think novelty noise maker key chain) I need an EE to select the correct components, generate the schematic, layout the board, work with a vendor to get the boards made, solder the board up and verify functionality before shipping to Los Angeles, CA.
You'll be given the .wav file the device is to play and a board outline with keep-outs keep-ins from ME. This is just for prototyping to start with so it can be through-hole, SMT, whatever. It doesn't need to pass any tests for EMI, ESD, etc.
I need three functional boards. The fixed bid is for your time, the component and board fab costs can be added on. It would be great if you could give me the estimate of the board fab time/cost from long/cheap to fast/expensive.
