I need help writing email content not in any particular order. The content is mostly for email generation. Below are the descriptions of content needed per emails. These are just the tip of many more emails that need to be created. So I would prefer to pay per Email.
Email:
1. Email to be sent to a new Strategic Partner (real estate or insurance agent). Welcoming them, telling them of the functional, personal and emotional benefits of partnering with us and sending us leads. To lay out expectations for both sides and what qualifies somebody as a lead we don't just want names, we have a certain criteria they should follow to be paid for it. They need to be quality leads. Not garbage leads.
2. Email to be sent to a prospect who has requested information from the website. (they have filled out a form and their information is now in AC. We have 5 mins to respond. Thanking them, telling them we're on our way to them with information, etc. (Need an emotional benefit here to trigger a stronger reason for them to keep considering us as an option. Like 'to give you the peace of mind you deserve...) This is a PRIORITY 1 and will be tagged as a hot lead or P1 by the prospect's city or state so the lead is routed to the right person OR by the prospect's referee if they're a vivint salesman. This is so we can give credit to the vivint guy who referred the client to us.
3. Someone called in with a referral - Email thanking them for the information. 'We'll take great care of them and will send X $ amount their way if their contact buys.'
4. Someone emailed in about something. Instant reply email - 'We've received your email. Somebody will be in touch shortly' . Something to that effect.
5. A prospect calls in requesting information - Email sent thanking them for the call. Was a pleasure speaking with you today. We're here to serve you. General, that doesn't state that any specific action is being taken (as we don't know what was discussed) just thanking them for the call.
6. A previous customer recently visited the website. Email sent asking if they were able to find everything they were looking for. (this page will eventually be dynamic. If they're looking at cameras they'll get one about cameras. If they're looking at garage door openers they'll get on about garage door openers) for now something generic and simple to make sure they're getting what they were looking for.
This is a good start for now. Lots more will come for those interested in helping me.
