Required Family Law freelancer for Post adoption petition job

I need to draft a petition to release adoption case records. I already located my birth parents through a DNA test and we are building a relationship. My birth mother signed an affidavit for me to obtain a non-certified copy of my birth certificate and I have that as well. I learned that my great grandfather immigrated from luxembourg, and that because of a law there I may obtain luxembourg citizenship, as well as my minor children. Having this would give them and me and future generations the right to travel freely and work in he EU as well as educational benefits. A number of my relatives have done this. I need a certified copy of my birth certificate to complete the paperwork I need to send to the Luxembourg government. Additionally I would like all the documents in the adoption court file including the original paperwork that led to my adoption. This will all help support my effort to obtain luxembourg citizenship. I have every persons certified birth certificate back to my great grandfather except mine.
