I need to set up Power BI to report sales, check stock purchases and re-sales, and report royalties to authors. If there is a standard brief you have for me to complete to quote, please let me know and I'll fill it in. I am new to Power BI and if there is a Google alternative that works just as well, I'm open to it. I need a system I can understand after it's set up, so there may be a separate training element required. I probably need you to tell me what you need to know and in a format that means the brief is clear to both of us so expectations are clear. Crucially I need to report sales data securely to around 100 individuals (they only need to see sales for their own book and must not see data for any others). This is an essential element of the overall solution. The budget will depend on the level of training and/or support you can offer on an ongoing basis.
