Required Google Docs,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Office,sql freelancer for Process to upload SQL Data from Excel or Google Sh job

Hi, we currently have a Microsoft SQL database that we upload new data to each week. We have developed a Microsoft Access database that allows us to import but not all users are familiar with Access. We would like to create a template to upload data to the SQL database each week either using Microsoft Excel or even Google Sheets.

Not sure of the best practice that would also ensure any upload errors would be easy to identify so they can be corrected and not entire database needs to be reset.
