Looking for a Product Management Assistant or Associate to assist with a variety of tasks
- Processing customer feedback in Thai
- Writing (in Thai) emails, product feature announcements, drip-emails, surveys with the correct tone-of-voice
- Talking to customers (via email, Line app, Facebook chat) to get product feedback
- Excellent writing skills (In English and Thai) to prepare detailed reports
- Assist with the process of developing the strategy and roadmap, and defining the feature requirements
- Assist with gathering and analysing information tied to new features for a particular product or solution
- Perform research and come up with solutions to business problems identified by customers
