We are a digital documents production company. We produce jobs for our clients. Each job is made of a number of pages of specific categories.

I need a report that will help me understand the distribution of job size (total pages per job) as well as the distribution of types of pages. I want to be able to see the development over time as well as slice it by the client.
I created a very basic template to give you the look and feel required.
The data comes from an Excel file.

I am looking for a proficient Power BI user who understands basic statistics and can use DAX formulae efficiently. I am looking for an elegant, polished solution that I will be able to publish immediately and update myself in the future (therefore please only use vanilla Power BI no R or Python. DAX and M are obviously fine.). It is important to me that you understand Business, Statistics and Graphic Design. I will have more requests in the future so I am hoping to find someone I can use in the future as well.

I need at least the following visuals:
-Job size by pages. How many jobs were delivered for each bucket. (line for average and for std dev. Buckets: 1,2,3,4,5, 6-8, 9-12, 13-20,>20). This should be a histogram. Since out-of-the-box Power BI histograms don't allow for custom bin sizes you would need to recreate the logic with column charts and formulas.
-Pages by job size. How many pages were delivered for jobs in each bucket. (Buckets: 1,2,3,4,5, 6-8, 9-12, 13-20,>20)
-Pages by category (a column chart over time)
-Jobs, Pages, hours by language (both communication language and job content language)
-On time delivery by job size
-On time delivery by average job complexity (used time/pages)
-Anything else you think can help me understand the data better.

Some other requirements:
-Create each visual on a new tab using the entire page. Give the tab short by precise title. (Unless you want to show relationships between graphs then two next to each other are also ok. (see template).)
-Use the provided date table for data intelligence. With the data hierarchy in each visual as in the template.

Some graphical hints:
Layout as in the example. Please stick to the colours in the theme with different shades if needed. Logo in the top right corner. The background image on the left and side. Efficient use of space (visuals as big as possible). The legend in the bottom. No titles for charts (should be self-explanatory based on the tab titles). Numbers formatted without decimals with a thousand separator. The standard set of synchronized slicers repeated on each page on top. Slicers from the top left corner. Date slicer in the top right corner after the logo. Segoe UI font standard.

Deliverable: a .pbix file containing all the visuals described above plus other visuals you find appropriate. All of that formatted according to the guidelines with a feel and look of the template.
