I currently work as Account Director at marketing agency that specializes in gaming and tech.
This time of year is very busy for me/us, and I could use an extra hand to help manage it all. The tasks would range from:
- Basic event/project management
- Admin support like helping scout out suppliers, compiling written minutes, touching up powerpoint presentations, etc.
- Occasional EN-DE translation
- Helping arrange travel (please be knowledgable of how to research/book German train travel, airlines, etc.)
- Booking appointments for me.
Since the tasks may be in German and/or English, it is essential that you are fluent in both.
Basic marketing experience would be preferred, but not required.
I think the current workload at the moment would be between 2-5 hours a week, but it may likely grow from there. If you are interested in this opportunity, please just drop me a line and we can go through things in more detail.
