Need to help me develop a web-app that uses the blockchain.

The main component of the application is to write a smart contract in SmartPy - which is a python-based language (actually a python library). If you know python it will be fairly easy to learn this new library and start coding such programs. I will help you will this and explain the blockchain stuff. This is a smart contract for the Tezos blockchain.

There will need to be a web front-end. A very basic HTML page--a web form, essentially--that uses ConseilJS which will allow you to connect your webpage to the SmartPy contract code.

The smart contract itself will be around 300 lines of code. That will be the crux of the project. The front end will be pretty basic.
