Required software development,Website Development freelancer for React Native - Project Setup job

Hello,

I'm a developer with a little over a year of React experience. My new project is using React Native, which I have never used. I'm looking for someone with previous React Native experience to help me get this new project setup properly.

My development platform is Mac and the target platform is an Android tablet. I would also like to setup my React Native project to allow for custom development in Android studio. For this reason I assume I should create my new project using 'react-native init' vs 'create-react-native-app'.

After the initial project setup, I would also like to provide the chosen developer with 10 hours of work each week on this new project.
