Seeking a Real Estate Analyzer We are a group or Real Estate Investors, acquiring multiple apartment buildings. We're looking to acquire more buy and hold properties so we're looking to hire a experienced individual who can analyze potential deals that we come across our desk. The goal is to generate a max bid that we should place on each property. Information that is given to generate a bid is rent roll, monthly expenses, property taxes, number of units, calculated vacancy, calculated maintenance and calculated repairs. Must quickly and accurately run numbers on all deals. Must be able to provide a detailed spreadsheet that includes the following figures: Monthly Cash Flow Statement Annual Profit & Loss Statement Cash Return Return on Equity Internal Rate of Return Cap Rate Valuation Future Sale Return Plus Additional Information Analyze all deals in cash offers and also with Seller Financing terms.
