Qualify leads from Facebook, Google and Organic marketing to establish where people are on the buy and sell cycle. Your English must be excellent and you will be responsible for making sure all texts get answered, interaction with people on the site via chat and be able to receive VOIP phone calls with clear connections. You will also be responsible for using our marketing system to source new real estate leads in the form of Buyers, Sellers and companies who flip homes for a living. All scripts will be provided. This Job is about being congenial, friendly and able to convey a sense of warmness and understanding of what they need. You will then qualify those leads into immediate 'hot' leads, warm leads and cold leads. The interview will be via VOIP so we can establish your connection, congeniality and awareness of what we are looking for our incredible new company, Palx that allows people to buy and sell homes on our platform.
