Work Anywhere by Phone with A Fast Growing Writing Services Brand.
Hi, we are a professional writing services brand seeking a professional customer facing support assistant to help with weekly calls. Right now we have the option for potential customers to book a 15 minute discovery call to ask questions and see if we would be a good fit to write content for their brand. We can provide a script and you will get to know the brand so you can effectively answer the questions and if needed pass them onto one of our head writers for a more comprehensive call at a later time.
We need someone who has great interpersonal skills and great communication, a positive attitude and enthusiasm will also go a long way.
This position will start very part time and over the next few months ramp up to a more full time position. You may have a few calls a day to start and then with the upcoming marketing push we will fill up the schedule with more frequent daily calls.
If it helps you we can only have calls scheduled according to when you are available and for only certain days of the week.
