Required software development freelancer for Required A Software to convert ex4 extension files into mq4 file extension job

I need best software coders who knows to code software which will do ex4 to mq4 conversion of files. This ex4 files are not Linux OS files so do not think about that. ex4 files are used on Metatrader which is called MT4 and used on forex market as terminal to operate trading. You can google search and download the MT4 to check them. I have attached 2 files which are ex4 and mq4 both files . on order to open mq4 file you have to download MT4 from google search.
