Our group is a real estate investment group in Sacramento. They are well known for buying and selling hotels, residential income properties and also for the community work they do. I am working on a new website for them and i am looking for a developer to either customize an existing wordpress theme or build a custome one for the client. We have some inspiration websites that we can refer to but we want this side to be elegant, user friendly and be able to convert.
