Rewrite a PHP script that was written in PHP 5.x. Needs to be rewritten to work with PHP 7.2 and converted to support better programming standards. The script should be able to accept input and get output as this will be integrated into another PHP platform. Therefore, good PHP design patterns should be used and tests should be integrated into the script. PHP frameworks such as Laravel are acceptable due to the fact that it adheres to good design and the ability to add a restful API. The new script should also use best styling standards as defined by the official coding style from PHP (php -l). The current script is about 2,000 lines of code. A lot of the code is duplicated. The script itself will need to be written to make it more understandable.
Currently the script will calculate astrodynes/cosmodynes. This is based on a person's planets, houses, and signs. This will attempt to calculate 'power' and 'harmony/discord'. This information is based off a person's birthday, location, and time of day.
The output of the new script must match that of the natal_cosmodynes script.
