We're a team of 3 looking for a 4th Rails dev.
EXAMPLES OF TASKS:
- make a calendar with different functions such as booking, date-range picker, etc.
- online status with action cable
- design a PDF invoice with Prawn
- integreate our app with some 3rd party software
- etc...
SOME POINTERS:
- The main purpose of hiring you is to save time and move faster.
- If you get a task, then I don't have to worry about that task, or spend much time on it. If you run into challenges, then you find a way to fix it, find a solution, etc. Be creative. Once it's done, commit the code, write a brief description about what I need to know about it, etc.
- The code NEEDS to be written with long-term in mind (remove any small errors, organise the code, etc)
- You need to be a problem-solver who can think for yourself and think long term. Think of yourself as your own independent company who needs to do it's thing.
- First tasks will be paid on results. Later we will talk a fixed salary.

ABOUT US:
We are from Norway, Denmark and Vietnam. One project manager/sales guy and two developers (I'm one of the devs).
We comminicate in Messen ger, Clickup and Sky pe. We use Clickup for tasks/time-tracking, etc.
We're all located in different countries, working on 2 apps that needs to be launched (very) soon. Once they're launched, we need to maintain them, clean up code, and start working on 1-2 new projects immediately.
I stay here in Philippines myself and would be great if you can go and work from here, where we can build a team from (but not required).
We use Rails 5 + jQuery for the two existing projects, and will use Rails 6 + React for new future projects.
