Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the following functions:
Coordinate with the pre-sales engineering and sales team to gather technical requirements
Prepare quotes for IT hardware/software, managed services contracts, and IT-related projects
Act as primary point of contact with key vendors such as Dell, Microsoft, and TechData.
Provide administrative support to CIO, compile doucmentation for regular technology planning meetings
Manage project pipeline and attend weekly project team meetings
Required Experience:
2 years of previous experience procurement or quote preparation for IT products
2 years of office management or sales support experience
3 years MS Excel
Strongly preferred:
Previous experience with QuoteWerks, ConnectWise
Previous experience preparing proposals for IT services projects and managed services agreements
Previous experience working with large distributors of computer hardware & software
This is a part time position.
