Required software development freelancer for Salesforce integration job

We just recently purchased Salesforce Lightning Professional and at ground zero. I am looking for a consultant to help with implementation, expertise with application recommendation, and any questions we might have. I am a boutique recruiting firm and only have two licenses. I do not have a large budget for applications like pardot. I need an economical solution within saleforce.
