I own & run multiple Instagram accounts, I curate the funniest content from the internet.
Essentially, I post memes with funny captions to make people laugh.
I have been doing this since 2013, and until recently I have received about 10 DMCAs back to back in a matter of days which triggered instagram to delete my 5.5 Million Follower Meme account due to 'Repeater Infringement Policy'
Upon investigation, the 10 DMCAs came from 1 individual who is 'representing' other people
(i say this because while a few of the DMCAs were his videos, the rest were not his videos, but rather he represents the individuals who own them.)
I have reached out and the conversation quickly became a negotiation to allow use of the videos.
I am looking for an attorney to consult with me and review the conversation and the material that is claimed to be infringing.
My goal is to fight the DMCAs and hope to get my account restored after this issue gets resolved.
