Singapore based recruitment consultancy looking for some training on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

We are currently using an ATS/CRM platform for our client & candidate database but we are keen on moving and assimilating into the Sales side Dynamics 365. Our industry is highly driven by numbers, pipelines, activities tracking and sales forecast.

The prerequisite is an orientation around the product, followed by a spec with our needs and then some feedback on how the product can be best utilized to our business.

We are open for any customization of the product to suit our business.
