Required Microsoft Dynamics CRM freelancer for Setup and configure MS CRM 365 on premise version job

I need someone to customize on-premise version of MS CRM 365. We have an out of the box setup with some basic customizations. We want to include:
- Sending emails and receiving and tracking the received emails using SMTP configuration (not Exchange server). You must be able to set up the SMTP server and configuration CRM to work with it.
- Set up email marketing
- Scheduling marketing campaigns, including emails to be scheduled to go out on specific days of the week.

No other workflow is required at this time.
