Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

We are in the process of building an online store with a large inventory. (We sell secondhand clothing, so each item we sell is unique.) We therefore need a well-structured system for filtering inventory, so our shoppers are able to easily find what they're looking for.

We have a basic structure set up, but we still need help with the following:

1. On the collection sidebar, we need to reorder the different options within each collection. For example, the sizes are all out of order, and should be organized from smallest (at the top) to largest (at the bottom). For the brands, we want to either organize them alphabetically or by quantity (so, for example, Ralph Lauren would appear on top because we have the most items of that brand). We want to be able to update all of these collections based on the ordering we choose (so, for example, if we add a new size after this Toogit job is done, we want to make sure it goes in the order where it's supposed to). So we need a way for these to either automatically update themselves, or for us to be able to update them ourselves without having to hire an Toogit expert every time.

2. Also on the collection sidebar, we want to reorder the collections themselves. We want size first (on the top), followed by category, season, color, sleeve length (which is not currently on the sidebar, but which we do have as a product tag), and brand.

3. Related to #2, we want to add sleeve length to the collection sidebar. The different tags are sleeveless, short sleeve, and long sleeve.

4. Within the collection sidebar, is it possible to change the different color options to color swatches?

We have downloaded two apps, Buddha Mega Menu and Power Tools, in an attempt to figure these issues out ourselves. It would be ideal if we could address these issues within the theme itself so we don't have to pay for these additional apps. We need your help with determining whether this is possible.

There are also a couple of things we need help with that are unrelated to the collections/filtering:

1. For some reason each product title defaults to having each word capitalized, even if I don't capitalize them when adding the product. I want the capitalization to match the way it is when I enter the product.

2. Can we change the color of the top bar on the homepage (which currently says 'check us out on Instagram!')? Right now it is a pale grey. I'm not 100% sure what color we want to change it to, so it would be helpful to know how and where we'd go to change this.
