Required Corporate Law freelancer for Simple: Company Shareholder Summary For Merchant Account Underwriters job

Our merchant processors require:

Shareholder Registry showing shareholders and % or a signed letter on company letterhead listing the shareholders

We are registered in Delaware. I am not familiar with Shareholder Registry so I plan on us drafting a letter and signing it. I would like a qualified individual to create this letter and help with updating the registry if applicable in the state of Delaware. The individual will be given the business owners names and equity stakes in the company and all other info necessary to provide back a letter for me to sign on company letterhead as directed.
