Required Data Science,R Programming,Statistics freelancer for Simple Neural Net in R job

Would like to test neural net against a linear regression. Need to input data from table (40 records, 8 fields, one variable to predict.).

Training set: 11 records. Prediction set: 29 records.

Deliverable: some R code that I can use in R Studio. CSV table of data. Summary of results. Use standard neural net package available with R.

If easy to do: add some other methods such as SVM etc.
