Position: Infusionsoft by Keap Administrator
Status: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
Location: Virtual contract position

Overview of Position
We are looking for an experienced administrator to help us manage our Infusionsoft by Keap customer relationship management (CRM) process. This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Infusionsoft by Keap campaigns, mailings, as well as new product integrations and services in the personal growth/mind, body, spirit industry.

This position also helps troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as it relates to the Infusionsoft by Keap CRM system integration with our Memberium membership site, products, and services. In addition, this position provides support to our clients, provides backup technical support to our web & marketing team, and oversees the integration of third-party programs and processes.

IFS Campaigns
Works closely with our MarCom team to set up and develop new IFS campaigns.
Ensures active campaigns are functioning properly, campaigns are clean, and up to date.
Coordinates and works to resolve complex issues and meet all deadlines.

IFS Mailings
Ensures all campaign based emails are triggered and verified for publishing and delivery.
Provides training and assistance to MarCom Mgr responsible for setting up weekly and monthly mailings to ensure they follow proper Infusionsoft by Keap procedures, as well as SIS procedures for mailing.

Webinars and Webcasts
Manages the integration between Infusionsoft by Keap with third-party applications such as WebinarJam, YouTube Live, AppointmentCore, WePay, etc.
Sets up webinars as needed in Webinarjam platform, schedules reminder emails to route through Infusionsoft by Keap, sets up purchase sequence integrations for paid webinars and monitors the registration process.
Provides pre-broadcast technical support and setup to ensure all systems are ready and functioning properly before live broadcasts on webinars and/or live webcasts begin.

New Product Setup and Delivery
Works closely with the Webmaster to ensure the proper setup and testing of online product or event sales and develops test purchase action campaigns.
Resolves any issues with store or product purchases within the Infusionsoft by Keap system and ensures all product campaigns are properly functioning from purchase through delivery.

Customer Support
Assists Customer Support in researching and resolving issues reported to our help desk.
Provides training and support to the MarCom Manager for creating and scheduling of emails and email campaigns.

Membership Sites
Ensures the integration of third-party membership sites, such as Memberium and/or AppointmentCore with Infusionsoft by Keap.
Ensures all product purchase and delivery tags are properly set up to display modules and partials, and that username/password verification tags are properly set up and triggered between Infusionsoft by Keap and the membership sites.

Administration and Maintenance
Runs regular maintenance reports, conducts audits as needed, and performs regular cleanup and maintenance of the Infusionsoft by Keap CRM, giving attention to areas such as contact records, tags, campaigns, email addresses, and other pertinent records.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Have experience with building and designing campaigns and auto-responder funnels, within the Infusionsoft by Keap system.

Have experience and familiarity with WebinarJam, WordPress, AppointmentCore, setting up e-commerce and payment gateway systems, YouTube Live, etc.

Have experience with integrating third-party membership sites and systems within the sales and email campaigns.

Have experience maintaining a CRM system with a large customer database.

Have a spirit of humility, positivity, remain flexible, be willing and able to handle change, while maintaining grace and poise under pressure!

Be a detail-oriented self-starter, self-manager with a strong work ethic and a great "get it done" style mentality.

Be a team builder who focuses on the success of the entire organization.

Be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver who can execute solutions.

Have a solid work schedule and notify team in advance of any non-available hours.

Must be technologically savvy and eager to embrace and learn new technology.

Must own a reliable computer and appropriate programs needed to perform the above responsibilities.

Must have high-speed Internet with a backup plan in the event your Internet goes down during a critical deadline.
