I want to hire a super-smart node.js developer to build me a data processing pipeline.

We will work on the node code together using GitHub and evolve the solution as we go.

Starter for 10 will be writing a simple console app which can download a CSV from a URL and process it into a simple JSON file on the local file system.

We will then write a second console app which picks up that JSON file for further processing.

A strong computer science background is important. An understanding of graph theory is important. This work will require a super-brain.
