Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for SOCIAL MEDIA AD AND EMAIL MARKETING DESIGNER job

I am the founder of clothing label and ecommerce site MYMUM.

I am looking for an ongoing relationship with someone skilled in the following who can;
- design our weekly marketing emails (1-2 emails per week)
- design our sales posts for Instagram and Instagram stories (only during sales)
- create eye catching marketing posts (3 posts daily for instagram stories)
- create our ad designs for both Instagram and facebook (2 new ads per week)

We are wanting someone who can design these emails, posts and ads and make them appealing according to our market and develop an ongoing understanding of our brand.

I am willing to pay an ongoing rate of a negotiated fixed price per design. And then we can arrange ongoing designs for emails, ads and posts.
