We are currently looking for a native level European Spanish speaker with a background in customer service and an avid user of social media for some work for moderation and engagement.
This would be for covering max. 10 hours per week especially for weekend cover and some week days as well.
Our client comes from the automotive industry, very well known Japanese brand. The work involves managing the social media channel on behalf of the client, answering inquiries, dealing complaints, etc. that customers may have in Twitter and Facebook. There is also some moderation work of incoming messages, pictures, etc. by following guidelines.
This would be a great opportunity for anybody who wants to build their experience in social media industry.
Pay rate is one for moderation and one for engagement.
Key skills for this role:
-Strong European Spanish language (good grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.) this is for dealing with the Spanish market so we strongly require candidates who are able to read and write using European Spanish.
-Strong customer service exp. (ideally in social media, engaging with customers)
-Knowledge of Social Media (either personal or professional experience)
