We are a digital health startup headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, USA and with a development team in India. We routinely hire people from different parts of the world for various projects. We are looking for a talented product/program manager that isn't afraid to get in the technical weeds sometimes (though not always). This person will be working directly with the President of the company and will have considerable say (and eventually ownership) of the Product Roadmap
Requirements:
Long term availability for up to 20 hours/week
Availability for a couple hours between 9 AM and 1 PM CST 3 times a week (can include Saturday)
Past experience with technology like APIs, Web Services, etc
Deep understanding of Agile methodology and willingness to coach others
Deep experience with Agile tools such as Asana/TFS/Azure DevOps or similar
Experience working closely with/managing developers
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong command over the English language (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Healthcare Industry in the US (preferred) or elsewhere
Knowledge of Healthcare IT such as FHIR, HL7, EDI (finance experience with EDI also works)
Digital Marketing/other Product Marketing Experience
