Required software development freelancer for Software to display Energy and Production data in double axes graphic and tables connected real time job

I have a consultant company of technology. I design several software to be build. At first I want to meet a company who can develope simple a easy tasks, then I will encrease the demand of software and complexity. I have the specification in spanish. It is a software with 6 tables of data, this data have to be storage and have to be display in graphics and tables able to export to excel. Let me know if you are able to work in this kind of jobs.

I have electricity data from 54 machines every 10 minutes and production data of 6 process. This data can be deposite in any kind of file, i.e csv. I need a software in web that can storage 6 tables, 4 will be complete in a web form, the other 2 is the electricity and production data. Once the software is able to storage the data of this 6 tables, It is need to see the data in the web in tables and in graphics. This is the requirement and if it possible for you to develope, please contact me to send more details. As you may see this is a very small software. Once it is done, I need to add many others features to it.

TO TEST AN EXAMPLE
I will provide one table of energy data and other with production data.
In the graphic it has to see:
In one Y axis the energy consumption which is the summary of all energies of all machines for each date.
In the other Y axis the production wich is one of the production, so you have to set the graphic selecting one of the production codes available.
In the X axis is the time.
For this graphic it is need:
- Filter the energy by type of energy
- filter the energy by areas
- filter the energy by machines
- available to select which production data will be show in the graphics as second axis to be compare with different scale and vew in the same graphic with the different selections of energy.
- available to select the range of time dragging the mouse over the bottom of the graphic where it is the scale.
