Required Engineering,3D Modelling,CAD freelancer for Structural drawing for elevated swimming pool job

I have a narrow alley between two buildings with a gap of 10 feet apart. I want to build a swimming pool on a slab at a height of 7 feet. Pool outer dimensions would be 27 x 9 x 6 feet. Further 4 feet above from top of the pool I want to have another half slab of dimensions 7 x 9 feet for a pool deck and a hot tub.

It will be uniform depth pool across (no sloping), and I do not want to take any structural support from adjacent buildings.

I am looking for structural drawing for the column beam structure and slab assuming the pool water weight and moving water forces.
