Datto RMM (AEM)
- Automate service delivery
- Tune alerting and notification
- Implement new features as released
- manage updates
- implement best practises
- Manage integrations PSA (Autotask), and IT Glue

Autotask
- Provide assistance with optimising Autotask workflows, and notifications

We are looking for someone to assess our current deployments, recommend then implement any changes, following which provide ongoing support.
