We are currently working on behalf of an industry giant and conducting a developer study, the purpose of this study is to understand what makes for a good developer experience when embarking on any new project.
We are recruiting for an interviewer that is well versed in speaking the same language as developers, and getting great responses from them.
This will be a fairly open interview, we really want to know about what really excelled the experiences of the developers when working with on a project with a company, and what has slowed them down.
There will be:
10 x 60-90min interviews with internal staff from this company
20 x 60min interviews with external developers from a variety of backgrounds
What we will look for in your skills:
- Experience in qualitative survey or focus groups.
- Oral speaking skills / market research.
- Technical background - technical studies experience. At least one example of experience with coding.
