Its a Van's Aircraft RV-4. The wing has NACA 23015 airfoil shape. Max takeoff weight 1550 lbs. wing loading is 14.09 lbs per sq ft. Max speed of aircraft should not exceed 180 mph. Wingspan 7 m. One wing is 2.8 m. Total Ming area is 10.2 sq m. Use aluminum alloy as material.
As per my calculations pressure on the wing at 18000 ft at -30 degree Celsius would be 45000 Pa.
