Major responsibilities:
• Recruit students in Antarang Centers along with the Community Engagement Team.
• Instill a healthy learning culture where students actively collaborate and take ownership of the program.
• Coach the group through the entire group life cycle; enrollment, facilitation, exposure visits, guest speakers, interview preparation, placements, mentoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Follow a proprietary curriculum designed by Antarang. Trainers will be trained by Antarang in delivering the curriculum.
• Ensure timely maintenance of various databases of groups of stakeholders.
• Attend all team meetings and training programs.
Profile Requisites:
• Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Passionate about working with low income communities.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
• Ability to commit for a minimum period of one year.
• Ability to attend the pre-service training.
