Transferring data from website onto a spreadsheet similar to the File, which needs to be cleaned up an organized. it provides charts and graphs, but no reports, so specific monthly numbers needs to be transcribed onto the spread.

Looking at the data for the following markets:
- Old Fourth Ward
- Poncey-Highland/Inman Park
- St. Charles/Greenwood/Atkins Park
- Reynoldstown
- Cabbagetown

Need individualized data pints for the following:
- 50th and 75th percentiles
- 1br, 2br, 3br, 4b entire homes
- Number of active listings for each

For the following categories (tabs on left):
- Pricing > ADR Range / Future Supply and Available Rates
- Occupancy > Historical Occupancy Rates
- Seasonality > Monthly Revpar
- Revenue > Rental Revenue / Historical Market Revenue

Also need to reconfirm the data in the current sheet matches with the data.
