Required software development freelancer for Transition from Lotus 1.2.3 to Excel job

We operate an energy plant and collect data for equipment trending, monitoring, emissions collections, and chemistry administration. We are currently using Lotus 1.2.3 and a version of Excel, to collect the information on a daily basis, transferring information from that into a 'monthly' file and then ultimately, the information from a monthly file into an annual file. We would like to transition from these two daily spreadsheets into one daily file, and then have corresponding monthly/annual files prepared to collect that information.
