We have a Ubiquiti UniFi wifi setup that consists of a controller (running on a cloudkey), 3 UniFi switches and 3 UniFi AP-AC-Pro Access points. It has been working quite good for a few months and now all of a sudden people randomly can't get connected. Either they can't get connected or they don't receive a DHCP address. DHCP works fine (wireless and wired) and is not exhausted. The router/firewall is a Fortigate. It's a very simple setup right now with WPA-personal fixed password per SSID. There are 3 SSIDs on seperate vlans that both show the problem.
I'm looking for someone with very good or intimate knowledge of the Ubiquiti UniFi product line that knows how to troubleshoot and track down the exact reason a client can't connect using the UniFi controller admin interface and the appropriate log files.
I know the UniFi products since I have been working with it for more than 2 years. I also have very similar installations on other locations and they don't show these problems.
You can either do this fixed price or on a basis of spent hours with a maximum. But I can only pay you if you can fix it.
If I find someone that can show me how to fix more difficult problems we will work with you again in the future.
