Looking for someone to incorporate couple of companies in UK and open a business bank account. You will be paid a monthly fee for managing business account. The nature of business is Nutra and Tech. We will send documents which you can review before signing.
The company will be incorporated being a non-resident in London. We will guide how to do it. The transaction processing can be between 100k upto 2 millions.
As long as merchant account is alive our contract will continue. Usually it lasts 6-8 months. Could be more depending on how it's handled here.
You would be made aware what is being run.

1). Tax Return
2). Last 03 month Personal Bank Statement
3). Business Bank Statement
4). ID & Address Proof like Utility Bills
5). Good Credit History
