Kindly read the entire posting carefully. Thank you!
Do you love details? Not just regular details, but the nitty, gritty details?
Are you able to spot when there are extra spaces or missing punctuation marks?
But more importantly, does doing things correctly what matters most to you - and do you have fun doing it?
We're a recruiting firm based in NYC looking for interview coordinators.
This is NOT a typical Toogit job. We're looking for someone to grow with us and collaborate with, not just someone to do tasks and follow instructions.
We will train you on the ins and outs of the process and cycle of what we do so you have a good grasp of it and the bigger picture of what we do - but will have you focus on interview coordinating.
We coordinate and calendar at least 80 interviews a week - so you have to be someone who loves doing this type of thing and have hawk-like eyes :) Some are done directly by clients and we just calendar on our end, and some we schedule for them. Aside from strong communication skills and a positive outlook, crisis management and being able to stay calm when last minute changes and cancellations happen is also a big thing, along with having the proper 'tone' when communicating with clients, candidates and colleagues.
We'll give special consideration to those who can work in ET (12-8PM) and with previous experience with this type of role. We use Bullhorn as our ATS, and experience in calendar management/ GCal/Calendly would be a big plus, but not required.
We are looking for someone who is:
strong memory skills
detail-oriented and thorough
takes initiative and is proactive
able to cope with changes/improvement
eager to learn and be coached
curious minded, asks questions
resourceful in looking for answers or solutions
flexible and and has a go-getter attitude
takes direction well, can connect the dots
able to do repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality/accuracy
able to spot and fix mistakes
cool under pressure
enjoys communicating with others
can connect dots and fill in the blanks on their own.
We are looking to work with someone long term with the possibility of growth within the company based on performance. For selected Toogiters, we would like to do a 2 week training/trial period (paid) and will offer at least 40 hrs/wk of continuous work after.
If interested, here are the next steps:
1) Apply to the job in Toogit then kindly complete the behavioral assessment (2 mins)
NOTE: Please use your name in Toogit so we can identify you easily.
We advise that you take the test in the language you are most comfortably in, prefrably in your own language. You can select this before starting the test.
2) If there's a match - we will send you a cognitive assessment (12 mins)
Again, we suggest tat you take this in the language you are most comfortable in, preferably your own.
3) For shortlisted candidates, we will then reach out for an interview to discuss.
GOOD LUCK! Thank you!
