We're a recruiting firm based in NYC looking for interview coordinators.
This is NOT a typical Toogit job. We're looking for someone to grow with us and collaborate with, not just someone to do tasks and follow instructions.

We will train you on the ins and outs of the process and cycle of what we do so you have a good grasp of it and the bigger picture of what we do - but will have you focus on interview coordinating.

We coordinate and calendar at least 80 interviews a week - so you have to be someone who loves doing this type of thing and have hawk-like eyes :) Some are done directly by clients and we just calendar on our end, and some we schedule for them. Aside from strong communication skills and a positive outlook, crisis management and being able to stay calm when last minute changes and cancellations happen is also a big thing, along with having the proper 'tone' when communicating with clients, candidates and colleagues.

We'll give special consideration to those who can work in ET (12-8PM) and with previous experience with this type of role. We use Bullhorn as our ATS, and experience in calendar management/ GCal/Calendly would be a big plus, but not required.

We are looking to work with someone long term with the possibility of growth within the company based on performance. For selected Toogiters, we would like to do a 2 week training/trial period (paid) and will offer at least 40 hrs/wk of continuous work after.
