Required Firebase freelancer for User Highlight Capture App job

The deliverable is an iOS app. This simple app will do the following:
- Allow the user to log in or create an account connected to our Firebase back end
- When the user highlights text in Mobile Safari or Google Chrome:
-- The app appears in the menu when the user taps 'Share...'
-- Capture the highlighted text and the current URL
-- Send the text and URL to the firebase server
- Download images from Firebase
- Create Tweets and Facebook posts using downloaded images and other metadata associated with the image

This project is not urgent, timeline is flexible. I'm open to a single freelancer or an agency.

If you can create a similar Android app I'd like to do both.
