I have big data google sheet. Over 20mb. I can not import it in to google sheet because it's over the size limit and it is super slow when opening it. I want to use formula or google script to check the information on the big sheet.
I want to use this on a google sheet.
For example.
1. I have a google sheet with small information. (Let's name this sheet 'A')
I have the fields: Name, Phone, Address
2. The big sheet has the following fields (Lets name this sheet 'B'
Name, Phone, Address, Last time call, Last time call status.
3. Sheet'A' will use Phone to check against sheet 'B' to get Name, Phone, Address, Last time call, Last time call status.
Output: If the' Phone' number does not exist in the big sheet, it will output on a new sheet called 'Sheet Output No Exist'
Output: If the' Phone' number does exist in the big sheet, it will output on a new sheet called 'Sheet Output Exist'
What to do:
A. I will always add new data to google sheet 'B' the file will grow and grow and grow. So you have to show me how to easily import new data into this google sheet 'B'
B. The smaller google sheet 'A' will have existing information and sometimes non existing information. Create a formula where I can run easily to check against the big data sheet.
C. Fast and simple.
You can use google sheet formula or google script. Have to teach how to use this script or formula to get the answer I want.
Thank.
