I need a personal assistant for part time work to assist me. If you're pricey, I cannot afford you today. So sorry for that.
Successful candidates must be reasonably tech savvy, know how to 'figure things out,' be self starting, be timely, able to perform solid research and give me solid results, manage my calendar, write in acceptable English, communicate in better English. Also, when I give you a project, I need you to complete them on time. And, nothing is more important than excellent and timely communication with me when we 're doing a project.
The work ranges from tasks from the mundane such as Internet research, managing and posting gigs on Toogit, finding out the best deals on gear, supplements, books and on-line shopping (Amazon, eBay, etc.); to the daily or weekly routine things such as managing my calendar, customers, clients, and sometimes communicating with clients for me.
To do this, you'll need to have preexisting and solid organizational skills, so you must possess AT LEAST the following skill sets (I cannot train you):
1) S.k.y.p.e audio/video calling, screen sharing, conference calling, file sharing, etc.
2) Email savvy including how to organize email, e.g., folders, filters, labels, etc.
3) Know how to use MS 360 and/or, Google drive, docs, sheets and calendar.
4) MS Word and light MS Excel knowledge.
5 ) Learn on your own time cloud based project management tools, such as Asana, Bitrix24, etc.
6) Follow up, follow up, and more follow up skills.
