Looking to build a website for a virtual queue.
Front End:
'Add A Guest': On this page we input guest name, phone number, email and # of people in their group. Option to check to go on mailing list. The same Add A Guest page will be used for both public and employee access.
'Waiting Room': This page only shows the booking # and Name. When a guest is chosen by the staff a full page notification showing the group # and name should blink on their screen.
Back end - Password Protected
'Admin Options': - Ability to search for bookings by booking number, name, phone number or email.
- Ability to export customer info out into a CSV file to be used for marketing.
- Ability to change 'event' name.
'Add A Guest': On this page we input guest name, phone number, email and # of people in their group. Option to check to go on mailing list. The same Add A Guest page will be used for both public and employee access.
'Waiting Room' On this page the guests already entered into the system will show up with a timer indicating how long they have been waiting. System will assign a booking #. The sorting of this page is by time waiting. The employee can click on someone in the 'Waiting Room' and it will alert the guest via email and text message it is their turn.
'Groups Pending': This page will show the groups that were chosen in from the Waiting Room. It will show how long they waited in the waiting room, how long they've been in the pending area, and how long their total wait time has been (Waiting room + pending). Once the group arrives the employee would click that group and it will be removed from the system.
