We are looking for a freelancer that can help us build out an automated provisioning system in VMWare. We have customers that purchase hosting packages through our website and what we would like to accomplish is when a purchase is made, based on load on the virtual machine, either a new user account is provisioned on an existing VM and some default software is installed, or a new vm is provisioned and the user account is created and software is installed.
